Hi, I’m Noelle! I’m the owner of Cosmetic Art by Tiffany Noelle and a licensed Master Cosmetologist with certifications in lash and hair extensions. I started doing makeup in 2017 and have now been doing lashes and brows since 2021! What started in my parents’ house has grown into a dream career—and I’m now proud to be working at Reflections Wellness Spa in Hoschton, GA! Lashes and brows are my specialties, but I’ll always have a soft spot for special event makeup. I’m so grateful for every client who’s supported me along the way. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged the the full service amount. Failure to pay these fees will result in not being able to book again until paid.
